Yesterday we were back at UNLV and meeting with students and staff in Lied Library. We didn’t have the huge crowds we had in the past, but everyone who stopped by got a hug and cuddle from a dog and great conversation with our handlers. Towards the end Benny sat on a lap while we packed up and this person told me it was the greatest moment of her day. She was having a particularly hard day and holding Benny made everything alright. That’s why we were there. Today we return to Nevada State College and already made the rounds at all the College of Southern Nevada campuses. Now we are really starting to feel like we are back.
