We are delighted to announce that we invited Kim Gatto to join our Board of Directors and luckily she accepted! We have known the Gatto family for years now. They own The Wagging Tail pet supply shop and we love shopping there. Lindsay was a Pet Partners therapy team with her Shih Tzu Curry for several years. She was our youngest handler when she began. Now school and business has kept her busy but she is training her new dog Snow and we are looking forward to having her volunteer with us again. Dad Mario was always so supportive of us and our program. He especially loved the little dogs. He was principal of a charter school and it was an extraordinary loss when he passed away not too long ago. Mom Kim is a rock. She is incredibly knowledge about the pets and their food and needs and always helps us by stocking the approved Pet Partners equipment and guiding our owners to just the right diet and other areas of their pets’ health. We held a fundraiser at the store when Petey had his little book so people could meet “the real Petey.” Now we look forward to the many ways in which Kim can contribute to our program and be on the lookout for more invitations to events there!
