Carol and her therapy cat Spencer had their first indoor visit with their friends in memory care this week after over a year off and it was wonderful. They have scheduled visits twice monthly and are so glad to be back inside the facility. The clients are brought out to a small, cozy area to meet the therapy animals one at a time so they get such a lovely, personal visit. Perhaps this is even better than the group visits. We know both Carol and Spencer make a huge difference with these visits, especially after such a long time of isolation.
