Bodhi is getting ready to test

Liza is ready to begin volunteering with Baci as soon as she receives the final documentation from Pet Partners. It should be any day now. They did so well on their evaluation. Now Liza is working with her second dog Bodhi to get him evaluated as well. When you love being a therapy animal handler and volunteer it is so wonderful to have two pets to work with. But Bodhi will have a very special place in our program. He was born with two legs and found the perfect home at a few months old. Liza has had a tripod before but Bodhi is something else! You have to see him hop onto his wheels to believe what this little pup can do. Nothing is impossible or too much of a challenge for him. And he definitely has that extra love factor. To be evaluated with special needs or needing special equipment, Pet Partners requires prior accommodation approval. And Lisa already obtained this so they can move on to the test phase.

Bodhi will be evaluated in April and we can’t wait to see what these two wonderful dogs contribute to our community.
