Sometimes we have many pets visiting college students. And sometimes we only have two. But the two we had today at Nevada State College were just so perfect! Benny and Chewie love working together and today was a very special visit. We had a tremendous turnout and met so many students and staff. Some students remembered us from over two years ago and of course we met many new students. One student told me she participated in the Zoom visits and was thrilled to meet the “real” Benny in person! Chewie’s mom is a nurse and we had many nursing students come see us, so they had a large audience discussing the nursing profession. And Benny seemed to attract the education students and those who have many pets! One gal said she has seven dogs, can you imagine! Thank you Nevada State for such a warm welcome and we look forward to our next event.
