Charlie's big day

Charlie went back to a favorite group of teens today. We had two groups and they were quite different. The first group was over ten kids and they were a bit rambunctious. It took a while for them to settle in and pay attention to why we were there. Charlie calmed them down and we were able to focus on a great session. Then we had a smaller group and these kids were so focused and really listened to his story. They all have their own pets and understand what it is like to care for a pet. They miss their own. They also totally understood what it is like to be misunderstood, like Charlie was. All in all a great day.
